All State Fire Equipment (a.k.a. ASFE Fleet Solutions) is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Gentry as Director of Business Development. Robert will be responsible for enhancing existing customer partnerships and working with new business partners to reduce preventable cost associated with fire, lube challenges, and air quality for their fleet of heavy equipment. Robert has more than 35 years of experience in surface mining to include environmental, permitting, engineering support, and corporate training. He is a certified MSHA and OSHA instructor and has served the mining industry in various supervisory and management roles. In addition, he has served as an adjunct professor at Navarro College and Tyler Junior College for many years. Robert has a BS degree from Texas A&M University and a MS degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. Robert has been actively involved with TMRA for over 20 years and is currently serving as the chairperson of the education committee. He has been a member of the Tyler Junior College Power Plant Technology Advisory Committee, the American Coal Council Education Committee, Education Advisory Visiting Committee of the University of Texas at Arlington, the Multi-state Education Committee for Rocky Mountain Coal Mining Institute (RMCMI).
